These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website Nghenail.net (the “Site”), operated by Vido LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site or any services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms (as may be amended by us). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Our Services

10. Refund / Payment Terms

If we offer paid services (e.g. featured listings, advertising), then:

  • Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Ads or services are not transferable to another user or new owner without our prior written permission.

  • We may refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Site are owned by or licensed to Vido LLC (unless otherwise noted). No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission from us.

12. Copyright Infringement & DMCA

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please provide a notice containing:

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where Vido LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for disputes.

14. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

  • You may not assign your rights hereunder without our written consent; we may assign without restriction.

  • Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be filed within one (1) year after it arises or be forever barred (unless prohibited by applicable law).
